- 50-60 minutes, psychotherapy services $90 - $175
- 90 minutes, yoga therapy $135 - $210
- Group services, $40 - $50 per session

Insurance- I ACCEPT private, POS and PPO insurance plans. I am in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Optum/United Behavioral Health/United Healthcare; I accept but am out-of-network for most cigna plans; I am glad to look up your coverage.
